
Quintara Tucker, BCBA
Founder & Director
Quintara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with licensure across multiple states along the East Coast and international credentials, bringing a broad and diverse perspective to her work.
Quintara is currently pursuing her PhD in Behavior Analysis and serves as an Assistant Instructor, teaching and mentoring aspiring behavior analysts at the graduate level. Her professional background includes extensive experience in school-based behavioral support, family collaboration, and program development, with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive practice and real-world skill building.
Outside of her professional work, Quintara enjoys strength training, boxing, shopping, and unwinding with a good Disney movie.

Tianna Tucker
Young Adult Transition Specialist & Assistant Director
Tianna Tucker is an autism specialist and curriculum developer with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum across home, school, and community settings. She specializes in transition-to-adulthood programming, adult education, and community-based support.
Tianna holds master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education and is passionate about helping individuals build independence and quality of life through strengths-based, real-world programming.
In her free time, Tianna enjoys writing, and playing with her dog, Shiloh.
