Quintara Tucker, BCBA
Owner & Director
Quintara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with licensure across multiple states along the East Coast and international credentials, bringing a broad and diverse perspective to her work.
Quintara is currently pursuing her PhD in Behavior Analysis and serves as an Assistant Instructor, teaching and mentoring aspiring behavior analysts at the graduate level. Her professional background includes extensive experience in school-based behavioral support, family collaboration, and program development, with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive practice and real-world skill building.
Outside of her professional work, Quintara enjoys strength training, boxing, shopping, and unwinding with a good Disney movie.

Founded STAR Behavioral Solutions, expanding services to provide in-home and community-based ABA focused on meaningful, real-world skill development.
2021
Earned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, marking the transition into independent clinical practice and leadership in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
2022
Began PhD program in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on advancing research, clinical impact, and culturally responsive practices.
2023
Launched QB Consulting, LLC, providing public and private school consultation services, supervision, training, and professional development services to clinicians and organizations.
